Cut your own delicious pea shoots!  Ready to eat shoots are sold still growing in a 3.5″ pot filled with our organic soil mix.  Just snip the shoots off as you want them; you can even keep them watered and go for a second flush after the first harvest.  Pea shoots have a lovely pea flavor: they make a great snack by themselves, or add them to a salad, sandwich, or tacos.
